Using the site

Use theyluvmedia.com only for lawful purposes and do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, abuse promotions, scrape private areas, or submit content you do not have permission to use. The account and community services are not directed to children under 13.

Bookings and quotes

Submitting a booking request does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking becomes confirmed only when the parties agree to the applicable scope, date, price, payment terms, and any event-specific conditions. Package descriptions and examples explain the intended service but a written quote or confirmed booking controls if details differ.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Any booking deposit, ticket, event, or paid promotion should display or provide its applicable cancellation, reschedule, transfer, and refund terms before payment or confirmation. Event-specific rules control that event. Contact @theyluvmedia promptly if a payment appears duplicated, unauthorized, or materially inconsistent with the confirmed service.

Events, tickets, and promoted listings

Event pages may include events produced by theyluvmedia, events we work on, and third-party events submitted for promotion. Paid advertising or sponsored event placement should be identified as sponsored or advertising content. A third-party organizer remains responsible for the accuracy of its event details, venue rules, licensing, age restrictions, refunds, safety requirements, and fulfillment unless the page expressly states that theyluvmedia is the organizer.

Tickets may be subject to capacity, age, identification, venue, transfer, refund, reschedule, and entry rules shown with the applicable event. A website account, guest invitation, or VIP membership does not override event admission rules.

Photos, video, and intellectual property

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, site designs, branding, edits, photos, and videos may be protected by copyright or other rights. Do not copy, sell, relicense, remove watermarks from, or commercially exploit media without permission. Anyone submitting a flyer, logo, photo, video, testimonial, or other material must have the rights needed for theyluvmedia to display and promote that material for the requested purpose.

Reviews and testimonials

Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Do not submit fabricated reviews, impersonate a customer, or require a positive review in exchange for a benefit. If a material incentive is offered for a review, it should not depend on the review being positive and the relationship should be disclosed where required.

Rewards and promotions

Unless a specific published offer says otherwise, points, ticket credits, promo codes, free-access passes, and other rewards are personal, nontransferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to stated eligibility and expiration rules. Rewards do not create a chance-based prize entry unless a separate promotion expressly provides official rules.

VIP accounts

VIP accounts, subscriptions, private events, photo redemptions, and community features are governed by the VIP Membership Terms and VIP Privacy Policy. VIP members can initiate account deletion at theyluvmedia.net/account/delete.

Email and text updates

Promotional email and SMS permission is optional and separate from booking, account, ticket, and VIP transactions. SMS categories are selected independently. See the SMS Terms and Privacy Policy for details and opt-out information.

Availability and changes

We may update site features, correct errors, remove expired listings, moderate content, or change promotional offers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material payment or subscription changes remain subject to the terms shown through the applicable checkout or billing process.
