Optional website analytics
Visit analytics on theyluvmedia.com start only when you choose Allow analytics in the page footer. Browsing does not require analytics or marketing signup. You can turn analytics off at the bottom of any public page, which clears this session and its recorded activity. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
We measure page templates, approximate browser and session counts, active page time, broad referrer and campaign-source categories, event and ticket link clicks, and confirmed booking inquiry outcomes. Random first-party identifiers expire after 30 minutes of inactivity for sessions and 90 days for browsers. We do not collect full IP addresses, emails, message contents, precise location, payment data, private ticket IDs, or URL query values in analytics. Short-lived one-way IP digests in server memory help limit abuse and are not stored in the analytics database.
Engaged time counts only visible, focused pages with recent activity. Approximate browsers are not unique people. Known bots and the verified owner are excluded, but automated activity cannot be identified perfectly. Only the owner can access reports. Records expire after 90 days with cleanup on analytics requests; they are not shared for advertising. The separate theyluvmedia.net VIP app is not connected to these visit metrics, and clicking its link does not prove a login or purchase.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to submit, including booking names, email addresses, Instagram usernames, event details, budgets, messages, review information, event-promotion requests, and email or mobile contact information when you separately choose updates. For Media Team applicants and members, we also collect the verified account email, real name, phone number, professional Instagram handle, team access status, internal administrative rate reference, event availability choices, assignment decisions, and consent records. VIP account, membership, private-event, community, and photo-redemption information is described on the VIP Privacy Policy.
How we use it
We use information to answer booking requests, prepare quotes, display approved portfolio or review content, operate event listings and promotion requests, deliver requested email or text updates, maintain account and membership connections, prevent misuse, secure the service, and keep required business records. Media Team information is also used to manage team access, schedule event coverage, review availability, communicate assignments, and maintain operational records.
Text-message privacy
Marketing, account notifications, registered-event updates, and email are separate choices. SMS checkboxes start unchecked and permission for one category does not authorize another. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Message-delivery providers process information only as needed to deliver the requested service.
For each selected SMS category, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We keep a record of the opt-in choices and their consent wording.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or HELP for assistance. START alone does not authorize every category; categories are selected separately on the SMS form. See the SMS Terms.
Email updates
Promotional email updates require a separate confirmation step. Update emails include an unsubscribe method. Account, booking, ticket, security, or other requested service messages may still be sent when needed to provide the service or complete a transaction. Media Team operational emails are required for participation because they carry new-event notices, availability decisions, assignment details, and important changes; they are separate from promotional marketing.
Optional phone notifications
On supported devices, phone alerts are optional and require your browser or installed app’s permission. When you choose expanded notifications, all categories you are eligible to receive start on. You can turn individual categories off in Notification Settings. Devices previously subscribed only to announcements keep that choice until expanded notifications are enabled. Phone alerts do not subscribe you to email or text messages.
Categories include public announcements, new photos and videos, new events, followed-event updates and reminders, giveaway updates, messages, friend requests, rewards, tickets, and permitted booking or Media Team work. Following an event saves that choice for this device. Timed event reminders require a confirmed start time. Turning a category off stops future sends in that category; turning all phone alerts off removes this device’s subscription.
Private alerts require an explicit connection to your signed-in account on this device. They are addressed only to the authorized recipient: clients receive updates about their own bookings; the owner receives owner requests and booking activity; Media Team members receive eligible job notices and updates for their own assignments and deadlines. Account, role, and resource access are checked before a private alert is sent. A category switch cannot grant access to another person’s information. Signing out through the website’s account or owner controls disconnects the corresponding private-alert session.
To provide these alerts, we store the device’s push endpoint and encryption keys, consent record, category choices, followed events, and delivery status. When you connect an account, we also store its verified identity, email, relevant access information, and a hashed session reference with its expiration. Saved choices help preserve opt-outs when you reconnect or switch accounts. Revocation records prevent a signed-out session from reconnecting through an unfinished request. A short-lived hashed connection identifier limits subscription abuse. Notifications are delivered through your browser’s push service; expired subscriptions are removed when that service reports them.
Notification tests are available only to the owner in Owner Studio and send only to the requesting device. A test checks delivery and the destination page; it does not create a real message, booking, event, ticket, or giveaway claim. You can also disable phone notifications in your device or browser settings. Install-invitation dismissal is stored locally on your device for up to 14 days.
Payments, tickets, and VIP
Stripe processes applicable website payments. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Ticket, membership, fraud-prevention, dispute, and transaction records may be kept where reasonably required for fulfillment, accounting, security, or legal obligations. VIP trial eligibility may use hashed identifiers; hashing does not make data anonymous.
Private Media Team work
Team records include assigned logos, current rates, completed bookings, delivery folder links, and credited event history. Members receive their own booking and history records. The owner manages assignments and links. FLICKS is a private team source and is not used for the public Archive. Google Drive controls access to linked folders and uploads. Photos selected in the logo preview tool stay in the browser until the member saves and uploads a copy.
Service providers
We use hosting, database, authentication, storage, payment, email, and messaging providers to operate the service. Providers receive information only as needed for their role. We do not treat signing in, booking, purchasing a ticket, or accepting a guest invitation as promotional SMS or email consent.
Your choices and deletion
You can change email or text preferences using the controls supplied with those services. VIP members can initiate permanent account deletion at theyluvmedia.net/account/delete. For booking or other information that is not tied to a VIP account, contact @theyluvmedia on Instagram to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to transaction, security, consent, and legal retention requirements.
Children and event age rules
The account and community services are not directed to children under 13. Individual events can have separate age, identification, venue, or guardian rules. Those event rules control admission regardless of website account or VIP status.
Security and retention
We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards and limit administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including consent and opt-out records needed to honor your choices and records needed for transactions, disputes, tax, fraud prevention, or event operations.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. For privacy questions, contact @theyluvmedia on Instagram. See our Terms of Use.
