Sponsored event placement

Promoter Terms

Version October 2, 2026

Authority and accuracy

By submitting a placement request, you confirm that you are authorized to advertise the event and that the organizer, date, time, venue, age or ID policy, event description, and public ticket or event link you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Rights to flyers and media

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any flyer, logo, photo, video, or other material you submit and may authorize theyluvmedia to reproduce and display it for the requested event promotion. Do not submit private links, confidential materials, or media you do not have permission to advertise.

Sponsored labeling

Paid placements may be labeled “Sponsored advertisement” or with another clear advertising disclosure. A paid placement does not mean theyluvmedia produced, hosts, endorses, or guarantees the event unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Organizer responsibility

The event organizer remains responsible for venue permission, permits, licenses, insurance, age restrictions, security, ticket fulfillment, refunds, cancellations, reschedules, accessibility obligations, and other event requirements unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns responsibility to theyluvmedia.

No performance guarantee

A website placement buys the agreed display placement and time window only. It does not guarantee attendance, impressions, ticket sales, social-media reach, media coverage, filming, VIP access, or a particular business result.

Changes and removal

Tell theyluvmedia promptly if public event information changes or the event is canceled or rescheduled. We may pause or remove a listing that is materially inaccurate, unlawful, unsafe, expired, misleading, or no longer authorized. Any refund or credit for the advertising fee depends on the written quote and agreed placement terms.
